This is a bath apartment hardwood floors with washer/dryer in unit, private balcony, complete with parking in secured parking garage, small gym with cardio equipment for the building. You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly, respectful year-old gay man and his loving well-trained dog. There is not a constant party or revolving door of guests in this home. The vibe is easy going overall, but our home is meant to stay peaceful, tidy, and comfortable for us (and the occasional guest).
