I have a .5 bath home with a room available to rent. The current tenants are as follows:
- 2 career professionals one in his late ’s and the other in her early years old and work full time during the day as an engineer. I hold a secondary job at local gyms. I also own a small business. As you can see I am very busy and rarely home. 
There are a few things that we are looking for in our future house mates:
- Common area courtesy 
- Non-Smoker (of any type) on common grounds of property 
- Light drinker 
- Overnight guests permitted on occasion 
- Single occupancy ONLY
