Hello I am renting the downstairs bedroom in my 3 bed two bath home. You will have your own private room and your own bathroom in terms of sharing with me. Your bathroom is the common house bathroom so must be ok with guests using from time to time. Right now there is a King bed in the room but if you want to bring your own bed, we can discuss that. The House has a pool table and big patio. The kitchen has all Samsung appliances. I live upstairs and work from home mostly. I am a year old male. I have no preference when it comes to gender so all welcome to inquire. There is a common area pool and basketball court. The community also has a gym and lounge that you will have access to. I just got a new puppy named duke. He is a German shep/Belgian Malinois mix. He is super sweet but can be a bit timid at first. Please reach out with any questions!
