I have a room for rent at Greenfield Dr., El Cajon, CA for one thousand dollars per month plus one hundred dollars per month to cover all utilities and internet, T.V., and we have a monthly cleaning service for bathrooms and shared spaces. We have a very large home with brand new/remodeled bedrooms. The bedrooms have new hardwood flooring, blackout-blinds and curtains as well as a full mirrored closet doors and a ceiling fan. We have a large living room and a kitchen with two full size refrigerators for plenty of room for all roommates. I can leave the bed if needed, or remove it. Walking distance to Granite Hills High School. We are Minutes from SDSU! There is a bathroom right next to the bedroom that is shared with one other person. You will have full access of the house, living room, and kitchen. We have Central Heating and AC as well as a electric car chargers. I also have a large person hot tub in the backyard. We can not accept pets, children or partners. This is NOT a party house. 3 month lease is required. Rental Agreement and Background Check is required along with a one thousand dollar Security Deposit.
