Hi, I have a bedroom for rent. I'm looking for a housemate (just one person in a room, no pets, no drugs, and no sharing room). I live in a gated community (a Condo) and it's within walking distance to Fresno State (Prefer working professionals since we all work full-time). Cross streets are Shaw and Cedar. -A security deposit is needed. -Private Bedroom (own lock) & Shared Bathroom -The bedroom is furnished, so it's move-in ready. -Washer and Dryer inside of the house. -Comes with your own parking space inside the community. -Water, Garbage, & Internet will be covered. Only splitting PG&E (Gas & Electric). -Must have a clean background. -Must have paystub to verify income. -High credit score. I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, rarely cooks, quiet, drama free, and won't be hosting parties or large gatherings in the Condo since it's in a gated quiet community. The total number of people living there will only be 4 people, max. Currently, there are 3 guys, including myself. We are all clean, respectful, rarely cook, and QUIET. Perfect if that is you. We all have full-time jobs. Prefer someone to stay for 6 months or longer. After that, the lease could be turned into a monthly lease or be renewed.
