My husband, our roommate, and I have lived in this house for over a year. My husband and I reside in the main bedroom. Our roommate is in the front bedroom. My husband and I both work in restaurants and are college students. We are home most days and work in the evening on the weekends and a little throughout the week. Our roommate works as an outreach case manager. We are all in Recovery, so no drugs, weed, or alcohol are consumed in the house. Being in Recovery is NOT a requirement to live here. We do ask that there be no use in the house. We have cats. We have a golden retriever and an Australian shepherd. We have one Siamese cat and one tabby. All are very friendly, although the dogs get rambunctious when excited, naturally. Hopefully, you like (if not love) animals. My husband and I do our best to stay on top of the cleaning because we are the animal owners. Unfortunately, we are not able to rent to anyone with an animal. We are all very laid back. We come together to hang out, watch TV, and make dinner when we feel like it. There are two living room areas with televisions, so you don't have to watch what we are watching. There is a Pelaton, weight set, and TV in the garage if you like to work out. We have a washer/dryer. There is plenty of space in the pantry, and we can make space in the fridge. There is a large backyard and a peaceful front patio with a view of the mountain. ****We split the rent evenly ( hundred dollars each) and split all utilities evenly (about one hunred to one fifty each). **** The room has a brand-new full-size bed but can be removed if you have your own. If the closet is too small, there is a coat closet in the hall that you can use as your own. There is space in the garage to store other items. The house is furnished, and there is not much room for additional furniture. The landlord requires an application which will also require paystubs and a background check.
