About the room: - queen bed - desk - smart TV (Netflix, etc) - closet - linens provided About the house: - 3 bedrooms (one room for rent, other two are occupied) - one shared bathroom - square feet house - Colonial Village Area- 8-minute drive to UC Davis medical center, -minutes to downtown or Sacramento State - we have kitchenware, living room furniture, towels, linens etc provided in common spaces. - ” smart TV in living room - new washer/dryer machines - decent size back yard - 1 car garage (used for storage) - driveway and ample street parking About the roommates: - Professional, working-mom living at home with my (almost) 3-year old - we are a little family. We do family things, we are social and love to spend time with our friends and family, whether that is at home or out and about - we visit family often/go on trips sometimes (sometimes a month at a time!) - I work from home most weekdays days, but can tuck away in my room or go to co-working space if needed.
