Bedroom has beautiful natural lighting with south facing windows. Queen sized bed and boxspring are available if interested. Deposit of $ will be due at time of move-in. I'm a full time work from home audio engineer, so being mindful of noise during M-F would be appreciated. Located near intersection of Eagle Rock and Colorado, where there is plenty to offer in walking distance: coffee shops, restaurants, CVS, Sprouts, etc. Garage is tandem parking but street parking has never been an issue, if needed.
