I have two rooms available. One is furnished and one is empty. Both are the same color and about the same size. Both have large closets with mirrored sliding doors. If I rent Both rooms out they will share a bathroom, if not it will mainly be the person who becomes the renter except for the owner who will use time to time because it has the only bathtub in the house. Must be clean and keep the common areas clean. The furnished room is $ and comes with a queen-sized bed and 2 nightstands and 2 nightstand lamps. The empty room is $. Both rooms have ceiling fans and are painted the same color, avocado green walls with white ceilings and molding, and the floors are wood laminate. I am a -year-old male who lives alone with a small dog in a 4-bedroom home. The shared common areas are the kitchen and laundry area,(must supply own laundry detergent that is supposed to be used in washer and dryer) the backyard has outdoor furniture which is shared and there are 2 orange trees, 1 lemon tree, 1 tangelo tree, and 1 fig tree whose fruit is good and plentiful. Feel free to eat as much as you can consume, not to bag and give to family and friends. the living room is not a shared space unless invited for sporting events.
