Room for rent you’ll have your own parking spot, access to kitchen and laundry. We have a public pool, hot tub, and gym in complex that you will have access to. Mostly have your own restroom, if guest are over they will just use it quick other than that you can keep all your things in there. You will have some storage in the kitchen. We do have a washer and dryer in the balcony that you’re more than welcomed to use. It’s myself, my boyfriend and our puppy Murphy. We do have a baby on the way, we’re very clean and just ask that if you cook to clean up after yourself we provide all cleaning supplies. Overall we’re pretty chill and occasionally have friends over. We’re looking for someone who is preferably college aged. There will be a $ deposit fee incase of any damages, you will receive it back if nothing is damaged. If you don’t have the deposit fee upfront we’re flexible to work with you for a different date to send it over. If interested please let me know, the room will be available on April th or after. We do have a video of the room and are willing to FaceTime if you’d like to see the place really quick.
