The house is two stories & about 2k square feet, with the downstairs featuring two large living areas, a dining room, half bath & kitchen (w/ appliances). Upstairs features your private bedroom & shared bath. The house features a washer/dryer in unit, central air & heat, mbps internet, & a small backyard ( sqft). The community is gated & secure. You'll have access to the pool & hot tub yearround. There is plenty of street parking, plus eventual access to house's garage. You'll be sharing the house with me (f) & my roommate (m).
