The place is a bathroom apartment with a garden 🪴 cats are always welcome 🤗 the kitchen doesn’t have an oven you can cook 👩🏾‍🍳 things on a stove top tho. The place is close to parks and the beach 🏝️ rent would be $ plus utilities. Ohhh 😲 and it has a washer and dryer in the garage that’s free to use. The landlord is cool 😎 and doesn’t bother people in the house. Priority will be given to BIPOC and those who align as afab/ femme/ trans femme/ transmen essentially anyone who finds living in SF a barrier to entry because of capitalism/ white supremacy 💕.
