Really quiet place in Hollywood Hills, close to Franklin Village. We're two roommates, you would be the third. I'm an entrepreneur/actor and the other roommate a film director. We are looking for someone preferably in the entertainment industry but also okay if not. We are extremely clean and would prefer someone that also fits that description. Someone independent who genuinely just wants a nice place to live in. My hobbies are rock climbing and skiing so I'm very much an outdoorsman. Huge plus if you do any of those two lol. Anyway would love to connect to see if we would all vibe together. The place is huge and you would be sharing a bathroom. Required on your side to move in is first and last month so total. Space would be open April 1st, but could possibly be a couple days before to get all your stuff moved in.
