Looking for CLEAN roommates for month-to-month OR to sublease from mid April to mid November. I am flexible on start and end date. (There's a possibility for renewing the lease once it ends in November.) The house is 3 bedroom and 2 baths. I would be in the master bedroom/bathroom. You would get a smaller bedroom and a shared bath. Alternatively if you want 2 bedrooms and bathroom to yourself, you can have it and the whole wing if you pay more. Common areas are furnished including appliances for shared use: new washer & dryer new fridge new big screen TV in living room Your rooms would be empty. (I can supply one twin mattress with frame if needed.) You would be parking in the carport. Theres a garage next to the carport (where I park my car) that can be used for storage of some small items. House comes with central heat and AC; microwave and a gas stove. Utilities would be split: - electricity - gas - water & waste - internet Asking for security deposit of last months rent in addition to first months rent needed to move in.
