There is currently a small year old dog and 1 year old dog who are very well behaved and sweet. NO INDOOR SMOKING, DRUGS, or WEAPONS of any kind. Location: The home is 2 miles from the Glenmont Metro, miles from the Wheaton Metro, and miles from the Twinbrook Metro Station. Aspen Hill Shopping Center is only miles away as well! Your rent includes a private bedroom on the main floor with a double door built in closet, bed, dresser, side tables, mini fridge, tv, and decor. Shared: Bathroom; Upstairs living room; Downstairs living room with “ TV; Laundry room; Sunroom; Dining room; Full kitchen; Large fenced-in yard; Patio with outdoor seating; On Street parking MOVE IN DATE IS NEGOTIABLE - Now Rent includes utilities.
