The Sherman Oaks Oasis is a *fully furnished private bedroom and private bathroom* in a shared apartment. You will have access to all common areas, including the living room which is fully furnished, full kitchen equipped with all kitchen essentials, and access to a fully furnished patio space. The rent includes all utilities; wifi, water, gas, electricity, trash, etc. The apartment building has a security system for entry and a recently refurbished lobby. The Sherman Oaks Oasis is located near the freeway and freeway, Ventura Boulevard, Sherman Oaks Fashion Square Mall, and many grocery stores, including Trader Joes, Ralphs, and Whole Foods. Ventura Boulevard is known for great restaurants and shopping experiences. There is a great deal of nightlife within a 1 mile radius of the Sherman Oaks Oasis. The Van-Nuys Sherman Oaks Park is located directly behind the apartment with trails for walking/running, basketball courts, tennis courts, and grassy areas. Universal Studios Hollywood is a minute drive, Hollywood Boulevard a minute drive, and Santa Monica is a minuted drive from the apartment. There is not a designated parking spot, although there is often street parking and guest parking in the parking garage. I am more than willing to coordinate parking with you so that we both have a spot!
