Looking for a single Roomate to share my recently remodeled 4-bedroom house in the Normal Heights/North Park area. This is perfect for a working professional who has stable income. The room is moderately sized and well-lit, and will be unfurnished. The move in date is April 1st. The house is a Spanish style home with a yard and small shed. Storage is limited but there is shared parking in the driveway. It is located conveniently next to the freeways with easy access to shopping, dining, bars and entertainment options. The house is fully furnished with the exception of the room. One room has been converted to a gym. The room is available for a minimum stay of 3 months, and I am looking for someone who is respectful and clean. Please note that additional pets are not allowed. My room is currently the master with my own bathroom. Your room would be separate from the main bathroom but you would be exclusively using it as your own
