Looking for someone to take over my lease in North Hollywood ASAP. Lease runs until the end of January next year. You would have your own private bedroom and private, detached bathroom. The bedroom has a private sliding door closet. The bedroom and living room are unfurnished. You would be living with my roommate Rosemary and her boyfriend John. They are very clean, friendly, and respectful and we are looking for someone who matches that. They mostly keep to themselves but again are super friendly. The complex has a secure entrance with buzzer and security cameras, and it is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Street parking only, but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot on the street of the complex. Washer and dryer IN UNIT (YES!) plus central AC. There is a small gym on the first floor of the complex. This space would be perfect for someone responsible who is looking for a quiet, private room in North Hollywood!!
