Hello! We have a beautiful house with a private room available March 1st (somewhat flexible move-in date). We are located on a quiet street walking distance from Ashby BART, Berkeley Bowl and nearby Temescal. The room is sq. feet with a large closet and two westward facing windows. Shared bathroom. We have a large front and back yard with lots of veggies and fruit trees. Washer dryer in unit and a dishwasher too. Super chill and open to people of all walks of life. Currently have a small dog, a cat and a bunny. The bunny mostly lives outside. We are open to other pets as long as everyone gets along. friendly, smoking outside. Utilities are usually $/month.
