I am currently offering a single room with a shared bathroom. The room is about w/ a custom closet system installed for maximum space of clothes & shoe storage. Faces backyard and is quiet. The house and kitchen are fully furnished. The living room and kitchen spaces are shared. There is dedicated assigned space in the fridge and pantry. There is a washer and dryer for use in the garage. There is a nice pool that you are welcome to use anytime it is not being used for entertaining, which isn't often. There is one tenant besides my partner and I right now, and there are small, friendly, well-behaved (and very cute) dogs that we have. They are kennelled when we aren't around so they won't be a burden, and hopefully add the happiness of the home for anyone looking to rent space. Rent does not include utilities, which are shared equally by the number of rooms occupied (3-max) so we try to be considerate of usage for cost purposes. There is a background check, deposit, and a contract required. Tenant guests and pets are not permitted. Further, renters insurance is a requirement, but that is quite inexpensive and protects all ur belongings in case of unfortunate events (tho hopefully none ever occur).
