You get full use of the house. includes kitchen, 2 fridges for more room to share, laundry room with washer & dryer, living room and family room. I want to bring my workout equipment and set up a home gym room in the back too. Parking space in the driveway with no one having to move out of your way. Wifi, etc. You’d share the house with 2 females. Both profesional, we had our wild and fun days, now we are more into handle your business mode or unwinding.
