Hello! We are looking for a roommate to fill the third bedroom in my former beautiful 3 bedroom home in Ingleside/Ocean View. The home is a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, with two of the bedrooms and one bath upstairs, and the third bedroom and second bath are downstairs. The garage has a washer and dryer (free) and a ton of storage space. There will be a driveway space for you to park your car off the street. The house has a large kitchen with quite a nice 5 burner stove and oven, with beautiful granite countertops. The house has a large living room with a nice couch and a big TV, with a nice view of the hills and beautiful sunsets. Your room has a nice big closet! The house has beautiful wood floors, tons of natural light, and a huge backyard with tons of potential for gardening and other outdoor activities. There is one sweet and gentle dog who lives in the house. You will be living in one of the upstairs rooms and sharing the bathroom with the female roommate. The roommates are one female and one male, who are both working professionals and have friendly. No pets allowed. In your message please give me some information about yourself, such as your job situation, your hobbies, and anything else you feel would be good for us to know. Rent is $ a month and deposit is $ (weird amount I know) paid to the previous tenant (me). Utilities are around $ a month depending on how cold it is. All candidates will be interviewed via zoom before any tour is given of the house.
