Hey folks, I'm looking for a responsible and professional roommate for my cozy home in San Leandro, CA. Available now! I'd like a more long term roomie, minimum stay at least 6months or longer. No couples or pets, sorry! Small caged pets may be fine, just let me know in advance. I have two small dogs, Ziggy and Mac Daddy. Ziggy is a senior and is reactive to other animals. Must be kind, chill, courteous, bring no drama, clean, reliable, and mindful of others. Sound like you? Nice! **In order to move in I'd need a deposit + 1st month's rent. The deposit will be returned when you move out in the future granted there are no damages to the property and I am given a month's notice before vacating, (all will be listed on our contract agreement that we'll go over together and sign). Utilities are included in your monthly rent fee. Rent is always due a couple days before the first of each month. No exceptions! House details: There are two bedrooms, and one shared bathroom. Downstairs is the fully furnished communal living room, kitchen, washer/dryer unit indoors, and a backyard where there is a small storage shed if you need to store bigger items inside there. I'm open to sharing my home appliances if needed! Upstairs are the two bedrooms and shared bathroom. Your room will be unfurnished when you move in. Only street parking available if you have a vehicle. Neighborhood/Location: VERY convenient location!! We are about a block away from Bayfair Bart station and multiple bus stops, so it would be great for any commuters or students. It's literally right across the street! We are also just mins. away from many main freeway entrances, stores like Target, Lucky’s, Walmart, gyms, shopping/dining areas, convenience stores, and gas stations. Also, there are train tracks behind my backyard with trains that can frequent throughout the early morning/night so please keep that in mind if you're looking for a more quiet neighborhood.
