It is a fully furnished apartment outside your private bedroom. This is a quiet and very safe area surrounded by greenery and beautiful homes. It is a very walk and bike-friendly neighborhood, with Ralph’s within walking distance and a few minutes from other grocery stores and the Glendale Galleria. It is right by the freeways and just minutes from the Americana at Brand. The laundry room is in the basement of the building. There is a one-car garage with storage space that can be shared. Street parking is easy to find, there’s just street sweeping Weds & Thurs. Vaping is permitted for nicotine or weed - neither can leave a smell. Another thing to keep in mind is that we will rotate who buys toilet paper/paper towels or cleaning supplies for the apartment, or buy it in bulk and split the cost. Small emotional support animals that barely shed or do not shed, are quiet, and are potty-trained are welcome. Hope to hear from you soon :)
