No pets (open to discussion) NO DRAMA, good vibes, working individual or student 🙂 Start with a 3-month lease and if we think we're a good fit, we can extend that! Security deposit, background check, and references will be needed. UTILITIES ARE SPLIT. The price varies monthly but we strive to be aware of our usage. I have a room available starting June . It’s in a beautiful new home, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood miles from CSUCI and close to Old Town. One other female and I will be living in the house. We enjoy wine nights, cooking, fun weekend adventures, the outdoors, and crafts. We’re clean, want to enjoy common spaces, and are friendly. We’re hoping to find someone who would be a good fit! You’d have a spacious room with a closet, a shared bathroom (with another female roommate), with your own sink and cabinet space, access to a large kitchen, a backyard, plenty of street parking, a patio, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, two community pools, a community gym, and more!
