Hello! I am David. I would describe myself as very easy-going. I am going to take this space here to let you know that I am a professional musician and I do teach piano lessons out of my home studio here, although I will say it is not very distracting but I am willing to reschedule my students to make it more convenient for you. Anyone who rents here is also welcome to use the musical instruments for themselves, which includes a fully restored Mason and Hamlin BB grand piano. My dog Miles is very kind, but he will need to get used to you. In the beginning of you being here, I will slowly acclimate him to you. The pictured bedroom on my profile is your bedroom, although it will be emptied for you. I can provide a large bed for you if you’d like but it’s not required. The bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom complete with two sinks, a shower and toilet. You will also have a key to your door so it is totally private. I look forward to meeting you!
