House info: .5 bathroom home with pool and view of the lake. Room info: Room has a private closet and ceiling fan. You will share a bathroom with shower and tub with the room across the hall. There is also another half bathroom for guest. Roommate info: We are all in our mid-late s and are all fairly busy with work. House is pretty quiet through out the day. We occasionally like to bbq and swim during the summer days. Rent/utilities: Rent is $ and due on the first of the month along with utilities from the month prior. Utilities are usually around $.
