A full size bedroom on the first floor in the front of the house and will $, including utilities. You will have access to 1 of the living rooms. The bedrooms are adjacent, directly next to a full bath that you'll share with one roomate/landlady. The closet space is moderate in bedroom so I am willing to clear some garage space.
