Hi guys my roommate is looking to move out on or around April 1st. I need to fill her spot ASAP. Would feel most comfortable with a female; however LGBTQ+ welcome. You will have a private bedroom with walk in closet and your own private full bath. Bathroom is right outside of your room but no one will use it besides you. Room comes unfurnished. I have 2 very sweet cats so I prefer someone without pets but I am open to discussing a pet or pets depending on the circumstances. Please note that my animals are emotional support but any animals coming in that are not emotional support would be charged a monthly pet rent fee of $ per pet and a pet deposit of I believe $. These pet fees are required by the apartment complex and will be paid to them directly. I am very cleanly and would prefer someone who is the same. Rent is $ total, split in two comes to $ each. Utilities/SDGE/Internet typically range between $ per month total so split in two is aproximately $ per month each. If you wish to take over my current rommates parking spot that would be $ monthly to keep the covered spot. Overall great complex with a ton of amenities; full list of ammenities can be found online. Some of my favorites are the tennis/volley ball court, hot tub, swimming pool, bbq/picnic area, fitness center. Laundry room is right across from us and we're on the second floor.
