We are renting out the master bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom - it is unfurnished, but most of the rest of the house does have furniture. The rest of the house is communal space for anyone to use. Storage space in basement, rear patio and private backyard. Owned by a small local landlord who has been very helpful. Price includes utilities We are two men, Mike and Benny, both in our late twenties, and a cat named Smudge. Both of us are transplants from the NY area, working engineering jobs in the DMV. It’s a relatively quiet household, but we welcome social gatherings with prior notice. Both of us are up to date with our covid vaccinations.
