I am looking to sublease my room in a apartment at Landmark Apartments on College Ave. The lease is available as early as end of May to end of July . The latest I would like the lease to begin is August of . If you were to attempt to rent an identical unit from Landmark's leasing office today it would cost $/month. I am asking for $/month. If you were to sublease through me you would be saving $/month - adding up $+ saved! While utilities are not included, they are usually minimal if the tenet is proactive about not leaving lights/water on. Wifi IS included. The building itself has several really nice ammenities including, but not limited to, provided study and social spaces, open-air courtyards (filled with hammocks, grills, and a space for cornhole/horseshoes), a fully furnished gym, and tanning beds.
