About me: Professional Top music producer/audio engineer/musician working mostly from home with noticeable volume during neighbor friendly hours. Substantially low volume/headphones at night to respect neighbors (quiet isolated neighborhood with no traffic). Full band rehearsal typically once a week on Sunday afternoons in a sound treated garage with professional and respectful band mates. If you’re looking for absolute silence during the day, this is not the place for you. I’m very clean and expect the same from others. My general rule is “If you use it, clean it”. I’m friendly and can be social, but respect the privacy and personal belongings of others as well. I also have two small dogs named Fender and Gibson. :)
