Hello! I am renting out 2 bedrooms in a b house for $ for the smaller room and $ for the larger, all utilities and WIFI included, with a $ deposit. It would be a shared bathroom with the 2 roommates. Brand new hard wood floors throughout entire house, new Samsung washer, dryer and stove! House has a large backyard and garage as well. The house is on Meadows Dr, so it has a great walkway with beautiful sunrises/sunsets! I am looking for roommates who are responsible, clean, and drama free! I also have 2 dogs, so I'm looking for people who loves dogs and wouldn't mind spending time with them around (I work a LOT) but who would not be bringing any of there own or any other pets. Also, please no cigarette smokers! I'm super sensitive to it and don't want any of the smell lingering. And NO drama, seriously. Please with any questions or if you'd like to set up a viewing!
