Central A/C and a fireplace! Sadly, no pets. 

This is a townhome style apartment meaning it is two story, living area and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. High ceilings all around, galley kitchen. Lots of natural daylight and a nice breeze.

 Its an awesome and safe neighborhood that’s central to the city and is walking distance from Pavilions, CVS, convenience stores, Gold’s Gym, coffee shops and restaurants. 

About me: I’m thirty-one years old, currently working in animation, easygoing, love to golf, I have a great group of friends who like to go out on weekends. I’m currently working from home. I like to keep the place neat and clean, especially shared spaces such as the kitchen and living area.
