The rent is $ a month plus $ deposit. Proof of income,; Bank statements will be required along with rental agreement and a valid ID. Your rent includes: All utilities including Water, Trash, Gardener, Wifi, Pool man, Home Cleaning, Paper goods, ALL furnishings including linens and pillows, and kitchen stuff. The room has a newer full size bed, Dresser, Desk. TV, The room has a keyless entry. I have one indoor cat, If you are allergic, or don't like cats please don't inquire. My area is very safe and is a highly desirable area. My backgate opens up the the nature trail, and riverbed a straight shot to Seal Beach 7 miles away. There is lot's of street parking, tree lined streets. No guests are allowed. There is Limited storage, (only in your room)so ideally someone with just their clothes as I already have everything.
