You will have one bedroom and access to your own bathroom as well as access to your own living room. On top of that you can use the pool at your convenience. Parking in driveway (as long as vehicle doesn’t leak fluids). Lastly, kitchen and laundry would be shared. Cleaning person comes once a month. About me: male, I work in the area with typical business hours. Low key and quiet but enjoy going out with friends or working on my home. What I am looking for: Professional, student, or in the medical field seeking short term rental of months. Must not work from home full time. Guests welcome upon approved request.
