I am seeking a roommate for approximately 3 months (plus or minus) to share my lovely -bathroom house. The private bedroom available for rent is a spacious ’ and can be furnished or unfurnished to your liking. Located in a highly centralized area, this house is just a minutes away from the mall, shopping centers, movie theaters, and grocery stores. You'll have everything you need within minutes. I'm looking for a roommate who values privacy and enjoys a calm, relaxing space to unwind after a long day of work. Cleanliness is a must, and open communication is key. As a dog owner, I'm seeking someone who loves dogs and is comfortable around them. Please note that smoking and additional pets are not allowed, and no couples, please. Rent is $ per month and includes water, trash, internet, and an alarm system. The house is equipped with solar power, which helps with the PG&E bill.
