We have sprouts. The oc mix. Trader Joe’s. Wholesome choice. Etc…Since we live so close to uci. A student would be nice but not necessary. Four out of the rooms are filled at the moment. Age Ranging from . Would prefer someone around the same age. Dakota works as a videographer and video editor for an ad agency. Jonathan is a Creative Director of a designer fashion marketplace. Pedro is a scientist at uci who is from Spain. Hannah manages a dental office and teaches yoga. We have pool, jacuzzi, volleyball courts with sand, tennis courts, basketball courts and club house access within a minute walk of our home. You will also have access to all common areas in the house. Kitchen cabinets spaces and fridge sections are all labeled with each persons name. We are friendly but absolutely no smoking in the home. Occasional social drinkers. Definitely do not want any alcoholics or other substances in the home. Bathroom is shared but everyone is very clean and have different schedules so it’s never congested.
