Welcome home to your new construction, single family house with room available for rent. Your room will have brand new carpet floor and a closet which has hardly been used. THE ROOM: The room includes a Queen size bed and nightstand with lamp and two drawers. The bed has high quality sheets, pillows, and comes with a basic comforter but you’re welcome and encouraged to bring your own if desired. It currently has a dark set of blinds to help black out light during the day. You can bring your own bed if desired. The room has a shared bathroom and is upstairs away from living spaces and master suite on the other side of the house. While the bathroom is shared, you will have your own sink and cabinet and set of drawers to use. The bathroom is cleaned for you each month.. THE HOUSE: The house itself is furnished with all new furniture and features a large open kitchen, two living rooms, a dining room, pantry, and separate guest bathroom downstairs. The new yard is almost complete and will feature a patio space with firepit, outside dining table and sofa and chairs. WHATS INCLUDED: Rent includes all utilities including high speed internet, electricity, water, trash, etc. Laundry is available upstairs for your use, and parking is available in visitor spaces. We are a gay couple, we have been married for over two years and we both work from home. We are professionals working in technology and social media industries. One of us has a designated office space and the other works around the house or in our room throughout the day. We are typically awake around 6am and in bed around pm. On weekdays we typically work and then spend afternoons and evenings at the gym or running errands. On weekends we are out and about–typically not around the house.
