We found out recently that our house is being sold, and we have to be out May 1st. Pictures provided are of our current place so you can check out the vibe! the common areas are furnished so you mostly only need to worry about your room. We will be looking for something similar to our current home: a 3 bedroom house with at least two bathrooms, a yard, laundry machines, dishwasher, parking, and hopefully AC. You will need to have verifiable income and a good credit score, and be able to pay the security deposit as well as any application fees. We are going to be signing a new lease, and would like to sign for at least a year. We already have three cats, so no additional animals would be preferred.
