Room for rent in co-ed town home (the Cliffs at Dover town homes) The community is gated and guarded by multiple security personnel. Security also does roving patrols around the community. It is currently me and one other person living in the town house. You will get your own room, but you will have to share a bathroom with one other girl. We are both very clean and pick up after ourselves when ever we use common areas, so we expect the same from you. We are very easy going and respectful. No stress or drama. My other roommate has a cat. The property has a pool, hot tub, and gym. You will get street parking (garage is occupied) we don’t have space for extra storage, so what ever you have has to fit in your room. The rent includes all utilities, internet, and lodging.
