You will be living with me, an elementary school teacher. I am clean, tidy, and considerate of others and hoping that you are the same. The apartment is very close to the Mori Point trailhead and the Sharp Park golf course. Safeway and Grocery Outlet are less than two miles away with a local market nearby. Easy access to Highway , and and close to SFO, SF State, Daly City BART, and UCSF. There is a SamsTrans bus stop at the corner that will take you to the Daly City BART station. To move-in, the security deposit is $ plus first month's rent. Proof of income, references, and credit score will all be required when applying to move in. Lease term is for months and then month-to-month.
