Hi I'm Keith and I'm looking for a roommate to fill an empty room PLUS utilities and a security deposit. The apartment is located in Sherman Oaks. It’s a bathroom (includes a shower and a separate tub). Total apartment size is hundred sq.ft. with common areas fully furnished and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom for rent is a spacious one hundred fifty sq.ft. plus a closet. Free street parking as well as a spot in a garage. Laundry. Air conditioning. I'm looking for someone preferably in their thirties and older, responsible, clean, and gainfully employed. Male or female. Also must be ok with living with a dog! The dog is a quiet, female, fourteen lbs chihuahua/terrier mix who is a total sweetheart! A bit about me: I’m a thirty -year-old male graduate student working on getting a master's in clinical psychology. I work 2 part-time jobs - one at a mental health clinic, and the other at Starbucks. I enjoy hiking, reading, hogging the TV with video games & Netflix, cooking, technology, and more!
