Hello Everyone! I have a room available in my house on April 1st. I like to provide a calm, quiet house for us all. So please take a look at some details below if that interests you. Your Room: I renovated the room last summer so you’ll have new floors, oak base boards, blackout blinds, and a ceiling fan w/remote. Your bathroom with a shower/tub will be shared with one person (female). Closet has mirrored slider doors and built-in shelving with two clothes hanger pipes. Parking: The house is across from a small park, so parking is never a problem. Storage: Some kitchen and hall closet space is reserved for you. Some attic space is also available. Considerations: Cleanliness is important, especially in the common spaces. No pets at this time…sorry. No smoking/vaping or drugs of any kind. Feel free to message me with any questions. Thanks!
