Hey, I'm Mike. I have a room avalible at the Sawmill apartments in Truckee for $ a month. Utilties are included. Wifi IS NOT included. I'm originally from the east coast but have been out west since . Truckee for 4 of those years. I love it here! My friends would describe me as laid back, approachable,independant and stern when nessasary. I'm curious by nature and a life long learner. I love cooking and baking as I find it a good way to relax after a long day. In the winter, I spend a lot of my free time backcountry skiing and exploring the massive expanses that Sierra Nevada range offers. Splitboarding has been at the center piece of my life for over a decade and is a core piece of who I am. During the summer months, I spend a lot of time trail running and rock climbing around the Tahoe Basin. I am a Mountain Guide by trade which means I spend fair amount of time away, spacificly during the summer months. My schedule varys heavily week to week. -Mid April - end of May, I work up on Mount Shasta and will come home to Tahoe a few times during that period. -End of May - Mid September I guide up in Washington which means I won't be in Tahoe for a few months but will probably roll back once or twice. -Early October - mid April, I spend the season in Tahoe as I work locally. I'm a pretty social person, but due to the nature of my work, I seriously value my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have a few people over here and there but not a place that's constantly full of people. THATS NOT OKAY WITH ME! I'm open to the idea of hosting small get togethers but I need to know ahead of time. That also goes for having people sleep over. This is one thing that will piss me off! I would just like to know about these things ahead of time. I will make sure to recipricate the same on my end.
