There are multiple major hikes in the vicinity if you are outdoorsy. Hummingbird Park is in walking distance. Laguna Main Beach is at 4 miles and mins. driving distance. Major shopping strip of Aliso Viejo Town Center is also in the vicinity. Nearest intersection is Aliso Creek & El Toro. This bedroom comes with a shared bathroom with myself. I am a clean, considerate, friendly but respectful male individual and won't mind working around your schedule for the bathroom. There is also a student in the 3rd bedroom, which you would rarely see.
