Ideal for someone who needs a place to land while looking for a place of their own. Open to someone staying longer, but lease would be quarter-by-quarter (renewal subject to mutual agreement that the situation is working out). Since it's shared I'd want someone quiet, clean, and conscientious in following house rules and caring for the space. The condo is a -minute walk to the UCSC shuttle stop and several Metro bus stops. The campus core, lower West Side, and downtown are easily bikeable (I do it every day). There is on-complex parking. About me: I'm a professor at the university.
