It’s a place to relax or be creative, while occasionally hosting friends for special events/game/movie nights. There is a hypoallergenic puppy in the house, he loves everyone! We don’t have many house rules but we greatly appreciate clear communication and mutual respect. Responsibility is key: bills on time, cleaning up after ourselves, and sharing the duty of cleaning common spaces. Our house is smoke-free indoors (weed/vape/ciggies) but outdoors is ok. One roommate works from home most weekdays, the other works nights and weekends, so someone is typically here. We don’t need a roommate to be a best friend, but would love to feel comfortable enough to share a meal or watch a movie. We’re social but also give each other solo time in the common spaces.
