Note: Because we like to be safe about our privacy, I've only posted photos from the apartment so as not to show our belongings. You can come see the place in person to get an overall feel for the place. At the end of this post, I've included links to see views of our apartment layout and pool area. We are a couple who live in a nice quiet apartment complex that was recently remodeled. Both of us are pretty low key and respectful people. Not always squeaky clean at our place but we keep it well decorated and clean up after ourselves without leaving mess around too long. We both work full time and are working on side businesses so tend to keep pretty busy. We've had the joy of having an excellent roommate since last July, but she now needs to move out and our lease is not up until the end of June . So, we are seeking somebody who really just needs a room to rent from about March th or April 1st through the end of June. We are seeking female only as a roommate. Rent would be $ plus split utilities which include electricity, water, garbage, sewer, internet, etc. The bedroom is a nice size with mirrored closet doors and blackout curtains to allow for plenty of quiet and privacy. You also have your own bathroom that would only occasionally be used by visitors but is otherwise yours only. There is always available parking right by our apartment unit, so parking is never an issue. To move into the apartment, you must first submit an application for background check and verification of income with the front office to be added to our lease. Once they approve, you are good to get signed on and move in.
