To move in you will need 1st months rent listed + three hundred and fifty dollar non refundable security deposit. Open to short and Long term stays. Parking available for a fee. Washer and dryer are located inside apartment complex. We are LGBT friendly and four-twenty. Utilities + wifi included in rent. Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Room has its own heater. We are looking for a roommate who will keep to themselves, or interact to your comfort. Room will only include twin bed, a drawer seen in pic, and small smart tv. You will have access to kitchen and a cubbard to store things, all we ask is to clean after yourself. We can also move the things out if you have your own things.
